​Enchantment Lactation is partnered with The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health which means that you may be eligible to receive insurance covered lactation consults.
Please note that each plan differs and, requires prior authorization for coverage of services. Coverage is not guaranteed.
Both TLN and Wildflower Health are insurance billers and verify insurance, they do not schedule lactation visits with Enchantment Lactation and Feeding staff. Please contact us directly after pre-approval to schedule your appointment or visit the scheduling page to self schedule.​

Self Pay
TLN accepts most PPO Plans from:
Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, PNOA,
United Healthcare, VA CCN
Wildflower accepts Plans:
Cigna
Out of Network Plans & No Insurance:
If you do not have one of these plans, or are not pre-approved by TLN/Wildflower you will be considered a self-pay patient. We are happy to provide you with a superbill upon request that you may submit for potential reimbursement. Below you will find our self pay rates.
