​Enchantment Lactation is partnered with The Lactation Network which means that you may be eligible to receive insurance covered lactation consults. Head over to TLN to get your visits covered. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out the form.

We accept most  PPO Plans from:

Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Multiplan and PNOA.

We're now in-network through TLN for Commercial members with UnitedHealthcare in 49 states (Hawaii pending) for in-person consultations.

 

We are now accepting some plans under VA Community Care Network with a referral.

Please note, if you have and HMO plan, coverage may need require further verification and/or authorization or may not offer coverage. In this case, we recommend calling to discuss your options.

If you do not have one of these plans, you may choose self-pay and we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement.

Self pay consultation rates starting at $185*:

HOME VISIT: $230/visit plus travel and supply fees.

CLINIC VISIT: $200/visit plus supply fees.

TELEHEALTH VISIT: $185/visit

All follow up visits discounted. Online booking available.
