Mission Statement
The goal of Enchantment Lactation is to serve the community by providing high-quality lactation consulting, therapeutic, educational and instructional opportunities to all families.
Provide the highest level of care by practicing the most up-to-date and evidence-based practices.
Support families by meeting them where they are at along their journey and providing compassionate and respectful care.
All parents are equal regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, background, orientation or otherwise. Parents and their children deserve compassion and equality in care, always.
 
Although Enchantment Lactation strives for timeliness and accuracy in all of its materials, Enchantment Lactation makes no representations, warranties, or assurances as to the availability, accuracy, currency, or completeness of this site or its contents. Enchantment Lactation shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, inability to access, or use of this site, including, without limitation, any damages or injury arising from any links to other sites contained within or referred to in this site.

Enchantment Lactation is committed to preserving your right to privacy. Enchantment Lactation does not collect identifying information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you voluntarily submit that information to us through our Contact Us page, our newsletter subscription pages, or other means.
 
Please do not provide any confidential information (including health information) to us via electronic communication. Any information you do submit will not be sold to any third parties. If we publish any information you provide to us on the website, we will only disclose personally identifiable information agreed upon by you.

The Contact Us page is the primary means of communication with Enchantment Lactation for a website visitor. Website visitors may use the Contact Us page to send questions or content suggestions to us. Any health information submitted through the Contact Us pages is not stored in a way that is personally identifiable. We may, unless you indicate otherwise, store, edit, and excerpt your email for use in Q&As, presentations, analysis, and other similar purposes. In these cases, we will delete any content that would specifically identify you as the writer of the email.
 
The information provided through the Website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Newsletters
The only personally identifiable information that is actively collected by Enchantment Lactation is email addresses of individuals who opt-in to our newsletter programs. Enchantment Lactation welcomes your comments on its site and content. Payments and Fees

Enchantment Lactation, LLC accepts payments in full at the time of booking. Please see posted pricing on www.enchantmentlactation.com for most current information.

Enchantment Lactation, LLC collects a $30 deposit for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable. 

All services are non-refundable after time of service.

Enchantment Lactation, LLC will provide you with a superbill suitable for you to submit to your insurance. The superbill (which will also serve as a payment receipt) will be coded appropriately to the level of service provided during the visit.

Additional Fees/Discounts

Travel fee applies to ALL Home-visits and is based on distance from clinic.*

$30 in-town; less than 30 miles from clinic

$50 metro area; greater than 30 miles from clinic but less than 50 miles

$75 long distance; greater than 50 miles, up to 100 miles from clinic

Visits outside of this radius are subject to a fee of $30/hour drive time + $1 per mile over 100.

A fee of $50** per baby will be applied if you have twins or higher order multiples to cover the extra length and complexity of the visit.

A 40% cash pay discount is applicable for Medicaid clients with current documentation.

Supplies may incur additional charge during visit. Your lactation consultant will only recommend the minimum necessary tools but you will be able to purchase from the Enchantment Lactation store directly from your home while at your visit.

• These items will be invoiced and the card on file will be charged at the end of the visit. 

Additional charges are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

* Not applicable to paired TLN Patients.

Cancellation Policy  

Cancelations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will incur a $75 cancelation fee. 

Rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours ahead of scheduled appointments and may be subject to incur a $25 change fee.

Please contact the office directly if you require assistance rescheduling your appointment.

No shows will be charged a $100 fee.

The cancelation fee for classes is $25 if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class.

Timing

As Enchantment Lactation offers a variety of service locations to meet the needs of families in rare cases your lactation consultant or staff member may need to make adjustments to the timing of appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and travel between clients. A staff member or your lactation consultant will contact you directly if these adjustments are required. 

Miscellaneous
This site originates from within the United States. Enchantment Lactation does not claim that the Content on this site is appropriate or may be used outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of the State of New Mexico, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts situated in the State of New Mexico with respect to any dispute, disagreement, or cause of action related to or involving this site. If any provision is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided elsewhere in this site, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Enchantment Lactation with respect to your use of this site.
