A credit card is required at the time of booking for all appointments.

All services are subject to the following:​

• Holidays (major holidays - New Years, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) $25

• Multiples/tandem $50/additional child

• Please note that additional fees are not billable to insurance. 

• Weekends and evenings after 8pm MST
